So when we say helmets in PUBG , Everybody just think of Level 3 (Spetsnaz Helmet). But we all know how important helmet can be in a combat. Do you know you can kill someone without a helmet with just single bullet form AKM or M16A4 ?? so always wear helmet, may it be a game or real life.
So here are some stats about helmets in PUBG.

The Armor rating or durability is the health of the helmet. So having damaged helmet will also reduce the same amount of damage as of new helmet. So never forget to use half damaged level 3, it can save you from Kar98 or M24 shots if you have full health.
You can see the different type of level 2 helmets, they are just for camouflage reason, they don't have any different stats. so does for the backpacks, they also have same capacity even if they have different color.
